Program Design
Based on working with you and your staff, we will design and implement a program that fits the needs of your employees. Designing the program that will allow all of your staff to participate in a healthy lifestyle is our goal!
Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Wellness Solutions' fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:
Strength Training -(individual & small groups)
Our trainers will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. We will ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. We will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.
Group Exercise
The instructor will tailor a class to fit both your employee's skill level as well as space allowed to maximize results. These classes can be contoured based upon wants and needs of the participants.
Nutrition Counseling
Together (in group or individual settings) we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will provide the education and motivation for your team.
Yoga
Our Yoga program will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
